Return and Refund Policy

a. Due to the nature of our handmade products, Nancy Creative Designs does not accept returns. All sales are final.
b. If the item you received is damaged or not as described, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence.
2. Refunds (if applicable)
a. Refunds are only offered for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
